Erection of two storey detached dwelling, alterations to existing curtilage and associated works.

4D Planning were instructed by the client to advise on the feasibility of erecting a new single family two storey dwelling on the land adjacent to their home. We carried out desktop research and produced a planning appraisal. The outcome was positive.

We were instructed to then prepare the architectural drawings for a new dwelling while considering the parking situation and requirements for off street parking. We produced the planning application documents, liaised with Gedling Council planning officers and the application was granted planning permission.
