4D Planning were instructed by the client to assist with obtaining planning permission from Southwark Council for the extension of an existing roof terrace. We produced the floor plan and elevations of the building and designed the area of the roof terrace which will be extended. We produced the statement and application documents. We liaised with the planning officer throughout the application process until the application was granted planning permission.
