4D Planning's role

4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with extending the side of the property and to the front to achieve extra habitable room, specifically a games room with sound proofing. The proposal included a garage conversion and a side extension on the first floor level. We produced the architectural drawings and prepared the application to Bromley Council. We liaised with the case officer and ensured that despit the planner's negative views on the proposal, the application would be approved which it was. Planning permission was granted and 4D Planning were instructed to prepare the building regulations and tender pack for the project. We coordinated with the structural engineer and builders as required to get all the approvals from Building Control.
