Roof Extension, Garage Conversion.

Alterations including erection of a hip to gable and rear mansard roof extension to main rear roof (with french doors and safety railings); replacement of front door to window in connection with use of garage as habitable room in Wandsworrth.

4D PLANNING were instructed to obtain the council's approval for a garage conversion and large roof extension. We were instructed to design the mansard roof and the internal stairs and make other internal changes to the property. We produced the architecture drawings and the planning documents and liaised with the council following the submission of the lawful development application. The application was approved by Wandsworth Council and confirmed as lawful.
