Installation of CCTV to ground floor and lower ground floor levels on listed building

4D Planning were instructed by the University of Notre Dame in London to apply for listed building consent and planning permission for installation of CCTV security cameras to the facade of the Grade II listed building. The property is also situated in the conservation area. 4D Planning produced the architectural drawings following a detailed measured survey of the building facade. We also produced the planning statement and application. Westminster Council granted planning permission and listed building consent.
