4D Planning were instructed to advise on the feasibility of creating lightwells to the front and rear of the property and to lower the floor level of the existing basement to create habitable space. We produced the drawings in coordination with the structural engineer. We prepared the planning, design and access statement and application forms and liaised with the Council. The application was granted planning permission by City of Westminster Council.
