Installation of French doors to replace the existing window at second floor level to the rear elevation.

4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with obtaining planning permission to use the flat roof as a terrace, like many of the other properties along the road who have roof terraces. We prepared the architectural drawings, maps, forms and a Design and Access Statement to accompany the application. Planning permission was granted for the replacement of the existing window with french doors allowing access to the flat roof.
