4D Planning were instructed to assist the owner of a flat within a listed building (Grade II) to obtain listed building consent for internal alterations. The property was tired and required upgrading. 4D Planning produced the scaled architectural drawings with floor plans and internal elevations to illustrate the changes to the property. We produced a Heritage Report to explain how the proposals are in keeping with the character of the property and will respect the historical and architectural merits of the building. Islington Council negotiated with us on some aspects of the design, but following a compromise the application was approved.
