4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with obtaining retrospective planning permission for erection of railings above 1m high at the front garden of the property. The property is located in a Conservation Area, therefore there are no permitted development rights and planning consent is required. We looked at the precedent, local development plan and Conservation Area Appraisal and prepared a convincing report. Enfield Council accepted our arguments and GRANTED retrospective planning permission.
