New windows and double doors to rear of building with creation of new steps

Replacement of Windows, Internal Alterations, New Steps.

Alterations to the fenestration at the rear of the building to incorporate floor to ceiling glazing and new double doors onto the garden, with the addition of a small set of steps up to the new doors, and three roof lights in the existing sloped roof.

4D Planning were engaged to assist the client with obtaining planning permission from Hackney Council for alterations to the fenestration and windows as well as other external changes to the property. We produced the drawings, application documents and liaised with the Council until the decision was received to grant planning permission.
