Part single, part two storey side and rear extension following demolition of the existing rear store. Conversion of the existing garage into habitable room. Front porch extension.
 

4D Planning assisted the client with obtaining planning permission for a double storey side extension, single storey rear extension up to 5m depth, a front porch with garage conversion and alterations to the roof. The project involved several applications (prior approval, permitted development and householder planning permission). Barnet Council approved the applications. We produced the architectural drawings and application documents and advised the client on the strategy and feasibility.
