4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with maximising the habitable space of the property. While discussing the brief and assessing the feasibility, we produced a 3D model to explain the design and to inform the client and planners of the proposal. We advised the client to apply for two planning applications one after the other, for: part single, part two-storey rear extension front porch and a garage conversion. Both applications were granted planning permission by Barnet Council.
