4D Planning assisted the client with designing extensions to the property to increase the habitable space. We proposed a rear extension on the second floor level and excavated the basement to achieve sufficient head height and to create usable space. We also proposed a large side infill extension. We prepared the architectural drawings, planning documents and submitted the application. Hammersmith and Fulham Council granted planning permission.
