4D Planning were instructed to advise the client on the best way to add value to the property. We considered a number of development options including a large roof extension with Juliette balcony, loft conversion over part of the roof, a large rear extension and a front porch extension. We prepared the architectural drawings and submitted various planning applications (some under permitted development) which were all approved by Barnet Council.
