4D Planning were instructed to advise the client on the feasibility of adding value to the residential property above a restaurant on the Westbourne Grove Parade. We advised the client that there is scope to extend the rear of the property and to alter the layouts of the existing flats. This will achieve an extra residential unit and add value to the property. We produced the architectural drawings, design of the interior layouts and prepared the application with the planning documents. We liaised with the planning officer to ensure that all issues were addressed. Westminster City Council granted planning permission.
