Replacement of rotten window with a new sash window on rear elevation of listed building.

4D Planning's role

4D Planning were instructed to obtain planning permission and listed building consent for the replacement of a rotten window to the facade of a residential Grade II listed property. We produced the architectural drawings, planning documents and liaised with the council until the applications were approved. Both applications were granted permission by Islington Council.
