Replacement of window with door
Replacement of window with door and new access steps to side elevation of basement flat and associated internal works to kitchen.
4D Planning were instructed to obtain planning permission from Camden Council for alterations to the facade of a basement flat located in the Conservation Area. The property does not have permitted development rights and planning permission was required to replace the window with an access door and new access steps from the side of the property. The proposal allows for private access to the flat without having to enter the main building. We produced the architecture drawings, planning statement, design and access statement and prepared/ submitted the planning application. We responded to the Planners queries and comments where required. The application was granted planning permission.
