Retrospective planning application for change of use of conversion of flat to 3 bed HMO (C4 use).

4D Planning were instructed by the client to help obtain planning permission retrospectively for works to the corner property, specifically the conversion of the upper floor into an HMO. We prepared the architectural drawings, planning statement and liaised with the planning officer to ensure that the layouts were compliant with HMO policy and licensing guidance. Newham Council granted planning permission for the change of use to an HMO property.
