4D Planning advised the client on the best way to extend the property to maximise the habitable space. We calculated the existing cubic metres of the current roof and worked out how much extra space we can achieve to extend the roof under Permitted Development. We produced the architectural drawings and planning documents and obtained a Lawful Development Certificate from Barnet Council for the proposed extension.
