4D Planning was instructed by a repeat client to produce a planning application and all the relevant architectural drawings for an extension to a top floor flat and to maximise the habitable space. We advised the client on the feasibility and the measures required to ensure compliance with planning policy and planning guidance. We designed the extension and prepared the application statement and relevant forms. We submitted the full planning application and liaised with Barnet Council planning officers. The application was approved.
