4D Planning were instructed to advise the client on the feasibility to increase the habitable space of the property and to prepare the required applications. Our consultants measured the property, produced the floor plans, sections and elevations and all relevant architectural drawings for a large single storey extension, front porch, new outbuilding, loft conversion with rear dormer, juliet balcony and rooflights and conversion of the garage to habitable space. The application was approved by Barnet Council.
