4D Planning advised the client on the potential to extend the semi-detached house in Ealing. We were instructed to prepare the architectural drawings to extend the house as much as possible. We applied for a large rear extension, single storey up to 6m depth. The application was approved under prior approval. We then applied for a lawful development certificate to extend the roof and convert the loft space to enhance the habitable space of the family dwelling. The application was approved as well by Ealing Council. We then applied for a first floor rear extension under householder planning. This was approved too. Finally, we applied to split the house into two flats. The Council granted planning permission.
