4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of extending the property to create more habitable space. We explored a number of options and eventually prepared the architectural drawings and planning documents for a large single storey rear extension. Planning permission was granted by Lewisham Council.

4D Planning were then instructed to produce the building regulations drawings for Building Control approval.
