4D Planning were instructed to advise the client on the feasibility of extending the property as much as possible. We advised that a double storey side extension can be achieved without reducing the size of the existing garden. The new extension will provide valuable habitable space and enhance the property as three self contained flats. We prepared the architectural drawings, planning statement, design and access statement and application documents. We submitted the application and liaised with the planning officer. The application was granted planning permission by Greenwich Council.
