Upwards extension on roof to create new flat in Richmond with alteration of elevations and associated works.

4D Planning were instructed to design a upwards extension on the roof of the mixed-use building to create an additional residential unit. We prepared the architectural drawings, planning documents, transport assessment and travel plan and other specialists reports (such as a fire safety report). We coordinated the application with other specialist consultants and negotiated with the Council where required. We liaised with the planning officers from Richmond Council and followed it through until a decision was reached to grant planning permission.
