Use of part of existing flat roof as roof terrace, and erect boundary screening

4D Planning were instructed to advise on the feasibility of obtaining planning permission for a roof terrace to a flat. We looked at the planning history, site constraints and local area. We advised the client that there was potential for a roof terrace to be supported by the council. The client instructed us and we produced the architectural drawings, statement, application documents and submitted the application. Southwark Council granted planning permission for the roof terrace.
