4D Planning were instructed by Lime Europe to obtain permission from Lewisham Council for the use of the warehouse as their London Primary Station for storage, repairs, distribution and maintenance of e-scooters and e-bikes.
We produced the architectural drawings of the unit and surroundings. We prepared a Planning Statement and the relevant application documents. The application was submitted and we liaised with the planning officers. Lewisham Council GRANTED a lawful development certificate for the usage under the B8 Use Class.
