4D Planning is an established UK based Architecture and Town Planning firm with currently 14 members of staff. The Director of the company moved to Gibraltar in 2014 and opened a Gibraltar branch. The company offers homeowners, shops and business owners as well as property developers a professional and experienced service to obtain planning permission for all small to medium-size residential and commercial developments on the Rock.  

The 4D Planning team comprises of Planning Consultants (Chartered Town Planners), architectural technicians and building control consultants. We offer a “one-stop-shop” from planning to construction. Our primary objective is to obtain planning permission for our clients and to obtain Building Control approval for the proposed works. 4D Planning has formed a good relationship with the Town Planners and Building Control team of Gibraltar. We, therefore, liaise with them on all our projects to ensure a smooth and productive process for our clients.

• Home owners - who wish to extend or reconfigure the layouts of their property due to family growth, high costs in relocating and exorbitant property prices, or simply to increase the value of their property.
• Gibraltar Architects - who require assistance with obtaining planning permission for their clients' developments.

• Property developers - who require assistance with the feasibility of potential developments & assistance with preparing and submitting planning applications and producing the architectural drawings.
