4D Planning were instructed to obtain planning permission for the conversion of the vacant unit on the third floor into a residential unit. The proposal included enclosing the roof terrace to maximise the habitable space. We produced the architectural drawings and application documents and included the conversion of the first floor into three office units and alterations to the communal toilets on the ground floor. We liaised with Town Planning, negotiated a number of considerations and responded to enquiries until the application was approved.
