Change of use from retail to restaurant and extension of Amar’s Cafe

4D Planning's Role

4D Planning was instructed to design an extension to the existing Amar’s Café and Restaurant in the Old Town Centre of Gibraltar. The existing Café is very small and many customers are turned away. The neighbouring premises was a retain shop and became available. 4D Planning prepared the architectural drawings for the conversion of the shop to a restaurant, as an extension to the existing business. We prepared the planning documents, liaised with the Town Planning and negotiated changes to the façade. Planning permission was GRANTED by the DPC. 4D Planning were then instructed to produce the Building Regulations drawings for Building Control and the Tender Pack for the builders.
