4D Planning's Role

4D Planning was instructed to obtain planning permission for the conversion of the third floor 3 bedroom flat into office suites. We liaised with the client to ensure that their requirements were met and produced the architectural drawings for the new layouts including a small extension to facilitate a new bathroom and kitchenette. We produced the building regulations drawings and the Tender Pack for the contractors. We liaised with Planning, Building Control and the Contractors to solve and address all challenges along the process. The project was approved and signed off by the Planners and Building Control.
