4D Planning's Role

4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility to extend the office building vertically and to reconfigure the internal layouts. The proposal was to infill the lightwell to create additional office space and to erect a large extension on the second floor level. We submitted several applications to the Town Planning. All the applications were approved. The proposal included a complete redesign of the frontage to match the character and style of the colonial neighbouring buildings. The second floor extension included a green roof and a large roof terrace for enhanced amenity for the office staff. 4D Planning also produced the architectural drawings for Building Control and produced 3D visualisations of the property.
