4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of extending the property vertically to maximise the habitable floor space of the unique residential property. We produced the architectural drawings and design as well as the planning application documents. We submitted the planning application and liaised with the Town Planners to ensure a succesful outcome. The application was approved by the DPC.
