4D Planning's Role

4D Planning was instructed to design a layout to split the large 6 bedroom flat into two self-contained flats. The flats were designed to enable access to the existing lift, communal staircase and to share the primary frontage of the building which faces on to Main Street. The design provides a 3 bedroom flat and a 4 bedroom flat. 4D Planning obtained planning permission for the conversion into two flats and produced the architectural drawings showing full compliance with the Building Regulations. We liaised with Building Control and produced the Tender Pack for the builders.
