4D Planning's Role

4D Planning were instructed by the client to obtain planning permission to extend the property upwards to create additional rooms and a large roof terrace with swimming pool. We worked closely with our architect, the client and our planning team to find a design that responds positively to the surroundings and meets the relevant planning guidance. We consulted with the planning officer and agreed final design. We prepared the planning application and planning documents and submitted the application. The application was approved by Town Planning.

We were then instructed to produce the Building Regulations drawings and to liaise with the structural engineer and Building Control until the works were conditionally signed off by Building Control.
