4D Planning's Role

4D Planning were instructed to develop the derelict building and to add value to the building while creating high quality accommodation. We produced the design of the interior layouts according to the client's brief which included a three storey extension and Juliet balconies. We produced the architectural drawings ensuring that all planning and building regulations considerations were taken into account at the early stages of the process. We liaised with the client, the contractor, the Gibraltar Town Planners, Building Control and the Environmental Agency to ensure that all matters were addressed and agreed. We submitted several planning applications, all of which were approved. The development won the first Heritage Group Award in November 2020.
